Zachary is an associate at Polley Faith. Before joining as an associate, Zachary articled at the firm.  

Zachary graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he was a Senior Editor on the Journal of Law and Equality, Co-Chief Justice of the Callaghan Cup Moot competition, and was a research assistant in property law and constitutional law. Zachary received the Martin L. Friedland Prize for best contribution to the law review and the subject matter prize in Discrimination Law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.

Prior to law school, Zachary completed a B.A. (Hon.) in philosophy at U of T. He is originally from Montreal.
