Dayna has returned to Polley Faith as an articling student after summering at the firm last year.

Dayna recently graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Common Law Program. She competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in both her 2L and 3L years. She received Honorable Mention for Best Individual Oralist each year, and her teams received Honorable Mentions for their written work. While in law school, she served as the Submissions Manager for the Ottawa Law Review and worked as a division leader and caseworker in the Tenant Division at the school’s Community Legal Clinic. She also worked as a research assistant on issues related to race and racism in Canada’s legal system.

Before law school, Dayna worked as a property manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of several residential communities. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.

Dayna anticipates being called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
