Kendra assists Polley Faith with complex commercial, regulatory, and criminal matters from intake to resolution. Kendra is client-service driven and seeks to ensure a seamless litigation experience. She is proud to have been part of the Polley Faith team that received Benchmark Canada’s Impact Case of the Year in 2021.
Kendra is part of the firm’s eDiscovery team. She knows how to leverage the leading eDiscovery platforms to collect, analyze, and organize a high volume of documents. She advises the firm on how to protect the client’s interests by making the eDiscovery process as efficient as possible while still being defensible in court.
Kendra has assisted on some of Polley Faith’s major projects. She coordinated the firm’s work when it acted for hundreds of clients across Canada related to an insurance dispute. She has prepared research dossiers on individuals and organizations involved in the litigation. She regularly helps prepare motion materials, affidavits, various records, factums, bills of costs, and cost outlines.
Before joining the firm in 2019, Kendra completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, from the University of Windsor in English Literature. She then went on to earn her paralegal diploma from St. Clair College where she completed a placement with the Ministry of the Attorney General, and volunteered at a walk-in legal forms clinic at the Family Services of Windsor-Essex.
