Linda is an associate at Polley Faith, building a broad litigation practice. Prior to joining Polley Faith, she completed her articles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court in Toronto, clerking for judges across commercial, civil, and criminal matters.

Linda received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. At Osgoode, Linda received the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize in Business Associations, and the Right Honourable John R. Cartwright Prize in Legal Process 1. During her studies, she was an active member of Osgoode’s mooting society. In her third year of law school, Linda was a part of the first-place team at the Davies Corporate/Securities Law Moot.

Before law school, Linda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston. During her studies, she completed a co-op at Brooklyn Defender Services, the public defender’s office in Brooklyn, New York.

Linda was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
