As a law clerk at Polley Faith, Nykhol manages the firm’s document collection and production processes, ensures trial readiness, and coordinates major projects. Her creative, solution-focused approach ensures clients are served no matter what the challenge is. Nykhol has experience on all types and sizes of files, but has a particular expertise for major eDiscovery undertakings. She is proud to have been part of the two Polley Faith teams that received Benchmark Canada’s Impact Case of the Year in 2019 and 2021. Nykhol is also the student programs coordinator where she recruits, develops, and supports our next generation of lawyers. 

Before joining the firm in 2018, Nykhol completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in criminology and criminal justice, before going on to complete her law clerk diploma from Humber College.
