As IT & Office Services Manager at Polley Faith, Cooper leads the firm’s technology strategy, driving IT initiatives and managing projects that advance its infrastructure and operations. He oversees all in-house technology needs—ensuring the team has the tools and systems they need to deliver for clients—while identifying opportunities to modernize and improve the firm’s IT capabilities.
Cooper also brings a creative dimension to the firm. He designs graphics for the Polley Faith website, holiday cards, logos, and event materials, and is responsible for building and maintaining the firm’s web presence. His unique combination of strategic, technical and creative skills allows him to contribute to the firm’s operations and brand in equal measure.
Cooper completed his Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, where he studied Psychology, Computer Science and Visual Studies—a combination that continues to inform his work at the intersection of technology and design.
Outside of the office, Cooper enjoys camping, hiking and travelling with his partner, and pursuing his passion for photography.

As Director of Operations at Polley Faith, Nykhol manages the firm’s document collection and production processes, ensures trial readiness, and coordinates major projects. Her creative, solution-focused approach ensures clients are served no matter what the challenge is. Nykhol has experience on all types and sizes of files, but has a particular expertise for major eDiscovery undertakings. She is proud to have been part of the two Polley Faith teams that received Benchmark Canada’s Impact Case of the Year in 2019 and 2021. Nykhol is also the student programs coordinator where she recruits, develops, and supports our next generation of lawyers.
Before joining the firm in 2018, Nykhol completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in criminology and criminal justice, before going on to complete her law clerk diploma from Humber College.

Debbie Kelly began her career working at a law firm in her hometown of Windsor, Ontario. Over the years, and after several moves, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of law firms, both large and small, building a career in accounting and finance within the legal industry.
Debbie began her post-secondary education at St. Clair College and, after several years of working full-time, returned to school to pursue a degree at the University of Toronto, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management.
Her years working with law firms in the Durham Region have given her broad experience in legal accounting and financial operations, as well as exposure to a wide range of Canadian law practices. She is now pleased to call Toronto home and continues to build on her experience with the Polley Faith team.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys attending yoga classes, reading the latest fiction novels, and, most importantly, spending time with her daughters.
